Nootsu

Nootsu is a retro-style 2D platformer game that is set in a dystopian cyberpunk future. It follows the story of a penguin office worker, Nathan, who was not too fond of his monotone lifestyle and under that pretext, he goes against his higher-ups. You must collect documents and avoid being targeted by enemies as you skid across and grapple over buildings. The longer you take your time in a level, the lower the score you will receive.

As you play the game you will be met with:

•    An upgrade system at the end of each level. You will be able to access upgrades such as: Increased Speed, Detection Range Checker, Increased Grappling Range and you will able to unlock a Tazer gun;

•    Your path will often be blocked by enemies, obstacles and deep chasms which you will be able to overcome using your handy grappling hook. Latch onto a platform and swing around to avoid all potential shortcoming;

•    A trippy experience. As you build momentum, the environment around you will shift in colours that change with each frame, giving off a psychedelic effect.
